Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • ARRT certification in Radiography and/or Interventional Radiology (or equivalent credential)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Interventional Radiology
  • Proficiency with current imaging equipment and sterile technique
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • Willingness to adapt and thrive in new environments

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and evaluate equipment and imaging rooms for interventional procedures
  • Assist radiologists and healthcare teams with a wide range of IR procedures
  • Accurately acquire diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety and comfort
  • Maintain documentation and patient records per facility protocol
  • Adhere to radiation safety and infection control guidelines
  • Adjust quickly to various department procedures and practices
