Speech Language Pathologist in Glorieta, NM

This full-time, contract opportunity begins August 3, 2026, and runs through May 20, 2027, giving you the chance to build meaningful relationships with staff and students across the entire school year. Two openings are available for dedicated professionals looking to work exclusively onsite.

Working 37.5 hours per week, you’ll collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff to enable students’ communication growth and academic success. Caseload and classroom assignments are tailored based on your preferences and experience, allowing for a customized and rewarding placement.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current SLP CCC certification and state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience in school settings, supporting diverse PK-12 populations
• Strong understanding of IEP processes, goal setting, and service delivery
• Capacity to assess, diagnose, and implement therapy for a range of speech/language needs
• Effective communicator who thrives in a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to full onsite attendance for the duration of the contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and create individualized plans for students
• Deliver direct speech and language therapy according to student IEPs
• Document progress, maintain records, and update stakeholders regularly
• Participate in team meetings, consultation, and ongoing professional development
• Adapt caseload management according to classroom needs and supervisor feedback
