Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Employment Type: Full-Time
Start Date: August 7, 2026
End Date: May 28, 2027
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Student Population: Kindergarten – 5th Grade

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. The ideal candidate will provide speech and language services to elementary-aged students, helping them develop the communication skills needed for academic and social success.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all applicable regulations and timelines.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist license/certification in the state of practice.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
