You’ll work hand-in-hand with students, staff, and families to deliver high-quality speech and language services, helping learners reach their full potential.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) certification
  • Bilingual fluency—comfortable providing services in both English and a second language
  • Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
  • Current state licensure, or eligibility to obtain credential prior to start
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Dedication to cultural competence and inclusive practices

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of students’ communication abilities and create individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support students’ academic and social success
  • Provide counseling and education to families and staff regarding speech-language development
  • Maintain documentation, progress reports, and compliance with school and district policies
  • Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and ongoing professional development
