Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Arizona SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome, as well as those holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a school-based setting
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Commitment to professional growth and ongoing development
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations
- Develop and implement tailored IEP goals for students with speech and language needs
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress throughout the school year
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student achievement and participation
- Keep thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
- Participate in eligibility, IEP, and team meetings as needed
