We are excited to invite Family Medicine Faculty Physicians to become part of our dedicated team in Janesville, Wisconsin, with a competitive salary range of $285,000 to $350,000.

Position Overview- Core Faculty Role: Participate as a core faculty member in a program with 21 residents.
- Education: Mentor and train the next generation of physicians, tailoring your role to align with your strengths and interests.
- Resident Precepting: Teach and guide residents in both clinical and hospital settings (50% of your time).
- Clinical Practice: Deliver clinical care in our residency clinic (30% of your time).
- Administrative Duties: Allocate time for program administration and curriculum development (20% of your time).
- Comprehensive Care: Engage in a full spectrum of inpatient, outpatient, procedural care, nursing home, and women's health services.
- Medical Student Education: Participate in established educational opportunities for medical students.
- Technology: Utilize EPIC EMR for efficient patient management.
- Referral Network: Access a vast array of multi-specialty referral sources.
- Non-Profit Status: Work within a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
- Community-Based Program: A well-established, unopposed program with over 30 years of accreditation.
- Graduate Retention: A 40% retention rate of graduates.
- Community Engagement: Strong involvement in community initiatives.
- A genuine passion for teaching residents and medical students in both didactic and clinical environments.
- Prior faculty experience in an accredited residency or fellowship program is preferred, though new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program in a relevant specialty.
- MD/DO board certified or board eligible.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
