Job Description
Inspire and guide high school students by co-teaching Math in a collaborative environment. This full-time, onsite position offers a chance to create a lasting impact while working side-by-side with passionate educators. You’ll play a vital role in planning and delivering engaging math lessons to diverse learners during the academic year, from August 3 to May 21, 2027.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Standard Arizona Secondary Teaching License (required)
- Current IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Prior experience teaching Math to high school students
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Commitment to supporting the learning journey of every student
- Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and adapt to co-teaching models
Role Responsibilities:
- Co-plan and co-deliver instruction in a designated Math class, working closely with another educator
- Foster a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation
- Provide differentiated support to meet a variety of learning needs and styles
- Work collaboratively to create lesson plans, assessments, and instructional strategies
- Track and document student progress, communicating regularly with staff and administration
- Maintain compliance with all school policies, procedures, and Arizona educational standards
- Attend required staff meetings, trainings, and school events as necessary
