This contract opportunity is perfect for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists who are dedicated to making a meaningful impact working with both middle and high school students throughout the academic year. You’ll be collaborating with educators and families, performing important speech and language services onsite, and building positive relationships with a diverse student population.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Holds or eligible for SLP-CCC certification with relevant school-based SLP experience
  • Previous hands-on experience in school settings, ideally with urban student populations
  • Able to complete and maintain all required PA state clearances
  • Familiar with supporting a middle and high school caseload
  • Dependable transportation for daily onsite attendance
  • Confident working exclusively onsite between 7:15 AM and 4:00 PM, with no schedule accommodations
  • Comfortable with and enthusiastic about serving in an urban district setting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and specialized speech-language therapy onsite
  • Document student progress, develop IEP goals, and attend multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Communicate recommendations and progress with teachers, staff, and families
  • Support students’ communication development across general education and special education settings

Additional Details:

  • Contracted, full-time role: 35 hours per week
  • Starts August 24, 2026; ends June 10, 2027
  • One opening available; onsite presence required
