Litigation Associate - Construction Defect Defense

Qualifications

• Required experience in construction defect defense.

• Insurance defense experience is strongly preferred.

• Excellent analytical, legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proven ability to independently manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution while collaborating effectively with attorneys and support staff.

Work Arrangement

• Primarily in-office in Los Angeles, California.
