Registered Nurse - Night Shift
Job Description
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing team at one of the esteemed HumanGood communities, recognized by U.S. News & World Report as a ‘Best Nursing Home’.
Position Details- Schedule: Full-time, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- Compensation: $40-$46 per hour (depending on experience) plus a $2.00 per hour night shift differential
As a Registered Nurse, your role will encompass:
- Creating a safe and healthy atmosphere for residents, staff, and visitors, while engaging in the daily life of our residents.
- Conducting thorough nursing evaluations and assessments.
- Developing and initiating care plans as necessary, while effectively supervising resident care.
- Coordinating assignments with care partners and ensuring accountability for resident care and satisfaction among team members.
To thrive in this position, you should possess:
- A valid RN license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Preferred experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute care settings.
