Job Summary

A growing national construction firm specializing in hotel renovations is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead hospitality renovation projects across the West Coast. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a construction professional with strong hotel renovation experience who enjoys managing projects from pre-construction through closeout.

The Construction Project Manager will work closely with ownership groups, hotel management teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams to deliver high-quality renovation work on schedule and within budget. Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple hotel renovation projects from pre-construction through completion.
- Develop, track, and maintain project schedules, budgets, timelines, documentation, and progress reports.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and project stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hotel ownership, management, and key project partners.
- Monitor project quality, safety, code compliance, and company standards throughout each project.
- Identify and resolve project challenges while minimizing delays and maintaining client satisfaction.

Compensation and Benefits

- Semi-annual bonus opportunity beginning after one year of employment.

- Long weekends home every 3 to 4 weeks while traveling, which does not count against PTO.
