Job Overview:
Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a passionate and organized Training Coordinator to join a growing, compliance-focused manufacturing team.
This role is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys teaching others, creating engaging training programs, and helping employees succeed. You'll play a key role in ensuring employees receive the training they need while maintaining accurate documentation and supporting a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and maintain employee training programs from onboarding through ongoing development.
  • Audit and maintain training records to ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and audit-ready.
  • Develop, update, and organize training materials, including SOPs, OJT programs, CAPA-related training, and complaint training.
  • Assign required training and monitor employee completion to ensure compliance.
  • Create quizzes, competency assessments, and other tools to measure employee understanding.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly training metrics and compliance reports.
  • Partner with managers and employees to promote a positive learning environment and ensure training requirements are met.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required (field of study is flexible).
  • Someone who truly enjoys training, mentoring, and helping others learn and grow.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience coordinating training, onboarding, compliance, documentation, or employee development is preferred.
  • Experience in a regulated environment such as manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceutical, food production, medical device, or another compliance-driven industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cGMP, GDP, FDA regulations, CAPA, or quality systems is helpful but not required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, SharePoint, LMS/eQMS, or similar documentation systems is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.

Compensation: $26/hr
