This contract position is seeking experienced, passionate Speech-Language Pathologists who thrive in dynamic school environments and are committed to high-quality service for diverse student populations.

Available opportunities include two full-time roles and three full-time coverage positions for maternity leaves, all in-person. These positions call for individuals with at least 2–3 years of professional experience post-ASHA SLP certification, as well as a solid foundation supervising and guiding SLPAs.

What we’re looking for:

  • ASHA certification, with 2–3+ years of experience after credentialing
  • Proven pediatric and school-based SLP background
  • Comfort with a variety of communication needs and service delivery models
  • Experience or readiness to supervise up to three SLPAs, each supporting robust student caseloads
  • Strong organizational, data collection, and reporting skills
  • Confidence delivering Special Education Eligibility Evaluations, including initials and re-evaluations
  • Skilled at attending and presenting at IEP meetings, offering thoughtful recommendations
  • Capable of drafting and updating individualized IEPs
  • Flexibility to manage fluctuating caseloads as enrollment and student needs change

Responsibilities include direct speech-language therapy, ongoing supervision and mentorship of SLPAs, comprehensive documentation and progress reporting, collaboration with educational teams, and leadership in IEP processes.
