Speech Language Pathologist in Butler, TN

This full-time contract position begins August 3rd and extends throughout the 2026/2027 school year. You’ll work with a diverse caseload of 63 students in grades K-6, offering your expertise in assessment, intervention, and collaboration. Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid SLP licensure for practice in Tennessee
• Experience working in school settings, preferably with elementary-aged students
• Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Your Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students in K-6
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in eligibility and planning meetings
• Provide recommendations and training to teachers and families
