During interviews starting July 27th, you’ll connect with leadership to discuss your experience supporting students in Special Education and identify your preferred classroom environment. Following the interview and review, recommendations and offers will be made to ensure the best fit for both you and the school.

Desired Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or in a similar role within schools
• Experience supporting students in Special Education environments (life skills, autism, or behavioral classrooms preferred)
• Patient, flexible, and dedicated to fostering inclusive learning
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
• Willingness to adapt and contribute positively to the school community

Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in managing classroom activities and supporting individualized education plans
• Provide direct support to students with varying needs, including personal care, behavior interventions, and instructional support
• Facilitate a safe, encouraging, and inclusive classroom environment
• Record observations, track progress, and communicate effectively with instructional teams
