Job Description
Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year. This full-time position runs from August through June, with a Monday through Friday schedule totaling 35-37.5 hours per week. You'll work closely with students in grades K-12, making a positive impact across a diverse caseload.
Essential Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience supporting behavioral interventions in school settings (K-12 preferred)
- Proven ability to develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Strong collaboration skills for working alongside special education teams, teachers, and families
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organizational abilities, including effective case management and documentation
- Adaptability, dedication, and professionalism in a dynamic school environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and interpret findings
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized BIPs
- Train and support staff on behavioral strategies and best practices
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster student growth
- Evaluate program effectiveness and adjust interventions as needed
- Ensure documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
