This rewarding, full-time contract assignment offers the opportunity to make a difference across multiple educational settings during the 2026-2027 school year. You’ll collaborate with dedicated educators and support a diverse caseload with onsite services.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active SLP-CCC with valid PA SLP Educator Certificate
  • Demonstrated experience in school-based speech-language therapy
  • Skilled at collaborating with special educators, teachers, and families
  • Reliable transportation for travel between school sites
  • Comfortable adapting services to student needs and schedules
  • Commitment to professional growth and continuing education

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct assessment, intervention, and therapy for K-12 students
  • Develop and implement IEPs in compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Maintain clear, timely documentation and progress reports
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and school team collaborations
  • Offer consultative support to staff and parents
  • Train and support teams during the onboarding period in August
  • Travel to serve students onsite at Bethlehem-Center Elementary, Fort Cherry Elementary, and Waynesburg as scheduled
