You’ll collaborate with dedicated educators and support a diverse caseload with onsite services.
Key Qualifications:
- Active SLP-CCC with valid PA SLP Educator Certificate
- Demonstrated experience in school-based speech-language therapy
- Skilled at collaborating with special educators, teachers, and families
- Reliable transportation for travel between school sites
- Comfortable adapting services to student needs and schedules
- Commitment to professional growth and continuing education
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct assessment, intervention, and therapy for K-12 students
- Develop and implement IEPs in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Maintain clear, timely documentation and progress reports
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and school team collaborations
- Offer consultative support to staff and parents
- Train and support teams during the onboarding period in August
- Travel to serve students onsite at Bethlehem-Center Elementary, Fort Cherry Elementary, and Waynesburg as scheduled
