Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Current South Carolina SLP License required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience with school-based speech-language therapy, particularly at the elementary level
• Familiarity with IEP processes and collaboration in a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication skills with ability to engage and motivate young learners

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language services to elementary caseload
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Maintain accurate progress documentation and timely communication with staff and families
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to create supportive learning environments
• Provide consultation and training to school staff as needed
