Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and comprehensive student assessments
- Interpret results and produce detailed evaluation reports for students
- Contribute to eligibility, IEP, and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Partner with teachers, school leaders, and related service providers to support students
- Offer expert consultation on academic, behavioral, and mental health strategies
- Champion data-driven decision-making in MTSS/RTI frameworks
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations
- Foster positive, inclusive learning environments that promote student well-being
What You’ll Need:
- Master’s, Ed.S., or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
- Valid Virginia School Psychologist license/certification, or the ability to obtain before start date
- Strong communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills
- Talent for collaborating within multidisciplinary teams
