You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with educators, families, and multidisciplinary professionals in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and comprehensive student assessments
  • Interpret results and produce detailed evaluation reports for students
  • Contribute to eligibility, IEP, and multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Partner with teachers, school leaders, and related service providers to support students
  • Offer expert consultation on academic, behavioral, and mental health strategies
  • Champion data-driven decision-making in MTSS/RTI frameworks
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Foster positive, inclusive learning environments that promote student well-being

What You’ll Need:

  • Master’s, Ed.S., or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
  • Valid Virginia School Psychologist license/certification, or the ability to obtain before start date
  • Strong communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills
  • Talent for collaborating within multidisciplinary teams
  • School-based experience welcomed; motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
