Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active SLP-CCC certification
  • California state licensure (or eligibility)
  • Background in school-based speech therapy services
  • Strong ability to collaborate with educators, families, and fellow clinicians
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Experience developing and implementing IEPs is highly desirable

In this role, you’ll:

  • Evaluate students for speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop personalized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
  • Provide direct therapy services individually and in groups
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to monitor progress
  • Document student development and maintain accurate compliance records
  • Support and participate in IEP meetings and case conferences as needed
