Stepdown Registered Nurse - Rome, New York

Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years Stepdown RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a stepdown or progressive care setting
• Proven ability to conduct thorough patient assessments and respond promptly to changes in patient status
• Proficiency with telemetry and advanced monitoring equipment
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• BLS and ACLS certifications required

• Provide comprehensive care to stepdown patients, including medication administration, wound care, and routine assessments
