Make a difference in the lives of students by providing critical support as a school psychologist in an elementary setting for the full school year. This full-time contract role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with a supportive staff, helping young learners thrive both academically and emotionally.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current certification or eligibility as a School Psychologist
  • Experience working in an elementary school environment preferred
  • Familiarity with conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results
  • Strong skills in individual and group counseling
  • Proficiency in developing behavior intervention plans and supporting IEP processes
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct psychological services to elementary students, including assessments, counseling, and crisis intervention
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to create effective educational and behavioral strategies
  • Interpret assessment data and recommend appropriate educational accommodations
  • Participate in the development and review of IEPs and 504 plans
  • Support a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment for all students
  • Consult with staff and families to offer strategies that promote mental health and academic success
