School Registered Nurse (RN) in Aurora, CO

This full-time contract opportunity runs from July 31, 2026, to May 26, 2027, offering the chance to work on-site within a collaborative team that includes special education, mental health professionals, speech-language pathologists, and occupational therapists. Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse licensure in Colorado
• Holds or is eligible for a Colorado special services provider license with the required endorsement
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or three years of clinical nursing experience
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum 3 years of recent clinical experience
• Prepared to complete mandatory background check upon job offer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized health plans and ensure student safety
• Support and train staff to address student health needs
• Participate in the IEP process for students with special needs
• Respond effectively to daily health calls across the student body
• Conduct vision, hearing, and dental screenings
• Maintain accurate, compliant health records for all students
