Specialty: Primary Care Can take ABIM or ABFM Coverage Needs: Need 4/13 - ongoing 3 month minimum commitment requested Open to Locums to Perm Shifts: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm Setting: Outpatient facility 100% Senior Care Ages 65+ Medicare Advantage experience is prefered Census: 12-18 pts per day Support Staff: Full support staff Procedures: All bread and Butter primary care Clinical model designed to reduce ER visits and admissions Board Certification: Board Certified Required Travel: Facility will cover Credentialing timeline: Expedited Onboarding hoping for ASAP start Requirements: Active TX state license Active DEA in TX or willing to transfer BLS
