Senior Civil Engineer, P.E.

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a Full-Time Senior Civil Engineer, P.E. to join a fast-paced, collaborative engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in civil engineering design, project management, and land development while leading projects from planning through construction.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a licensed Professional Civil Engineer.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.

• Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) License in Pennsylvania.

• Experience with civil engineering and land surveying projects.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with willingness to travel to project sites throughout Northeast Pennsylvania.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in water and wastewater treatment, site development, higher education, or transportation projects.

• Knowledge of stormwater planning, design, and construction administration.

• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong planning, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
