This position gives you the opportunity to hone your talent with a manageable caseload of just 15 students, spanning preschool through 4th grade—all within one small, supportive school site. Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• SLP with CCC or CFY, or SLPA (supervision provided)
• School-based experience preferred, but open to new graduates
• Vermont licensure (or ability to obtain)
• Passion for working with elementary-aged children

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 15 students, some with services five days a week
• Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with school staff
• Utilize best practices in evaluation, documentation, and progress monitoring
• Communicate effectively with families and teachers
