This position gives you the opportunity to hone your talent with a manageable caseload of just 15 students, spanning preschool through 4th grade—all within one small, supportive school site. Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- SLP with CCC or CFY, or SLPA (supervision provided)
- School-based experience preferred, but open to new graduates
- Vermont licensure (or ability to obtain)
- Passion for working with elementary-aged children
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 15 students, some with services five days a week
- Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with school staff
- Utilize best practices in evaluation, documentation, and progress monitoring
- Communicate effectively with families and teachers
