Qualifications/Experience:

  • Valid certification or license as a School Psychologist (or School Social Worker, as applicable)
  • Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
  • Proven ability to coach and assist staff in managing behaviors across varied settings
  • Prior work in an elementary school setting preferred
  • Skilled in pre-referral procedures, student evaluations, and collaborative consultation

Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychological services 7 hours per day, 5 days a week, across two elementary sites
  • Lead the development of positive behavior strategies and interventions
  • Conduct pre-referral screenings, formal assessments, and data-driven evaluations
  • Collaborate closely with educators, administration, and families
  • Support staff with ongoing training and best practices for behavior management
