Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on classroom assistance, small-group support, and individualized intervention to students in grades Kindergarten through 9th.
• Act as a “floating” paraprofessional, seamlessly adapting to different grade levels and classroom environments based on evolving school needs.
• Build positive relationships and maintain respectful, encouraging communication with both younger children and older students.
• Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, special educators, and administrators to ensure effective lesson implementation, classroom management, and student supervision.
• Maintain flexibility in your daily assignments and classroom locations, confidently supporting instructional and behavioral needs wherever needed.
• Demonstrate professionalism, dependability, and a proactive mindset each day.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree, Paraprofessional Certification, or passing Praxis Assessment score preferred.
• Enthusiastic about working with multiple grade levels and comfortable rotating between elementary and middle school classrooms.
• Excellent communication skills, strong collaboration abilities, and a high degree of adaptability.
• Patient, friendly, and able to maintain structure and calm in a dynamic school setting.
