In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource for clients and Financial Representatives, providing solutions, resolving inquiries, and delivering a best-in-class service experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and Financial Representatives, resolving questions and inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Take ownership of customer interactions by proactively identifying solutions and preventing repeat calls or unnecessary transfers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and overall experience.
  • Educate clients and Financial Representatives on website functionality, online tools, and self-service resources.
  • Demonstrate strong de-escalation skills when addressing customer concerns and service-related issues.
  • Manage inbound calls and transactional responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately.
  • Process casework and transactions accurately while balancing multiple priorities.
  • Research complex issues utilizing available resources, systems, and tools to identify effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members and business partners to improve processes and the overall client experience.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, privacy standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service, client support, call center, financial services, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage difficult conversations and de-escalate customer concerns.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

This is a Contract position based out of Milwaukee, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
