Building Engineer

What they're looking for:

• 10+ years of facilities maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance experience (RTUs & AHUs)
• Experience with CMMS platforms and preventive maintenance programs
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair building systems independently
• Comfortable working directly with site leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead facility maintenance operations with a focus on HVAC systems
• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance
• Support electrical, plumbing, and general building systems
• Improve PM programs and drive facility reliability
• Mentor and support an on-site Maintenance Technician
• • Nice to Have:
• EPA Universal Certification
• FAMIS 360 experience
• Construction, renovation, or capital project experience
