Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Wauconda, IL

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Wauconda, Illinois for the upcoming school year. Position Details

• Location: Wauconda, IL
• Schedule: Full-Time
• School Year: 2026–2027
• Setting: Onsite, School-Based
• Caseload: Assigned based on experience and district needs

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and provide direct therapy services
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and Medicaid billing (if applicable)
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for communication supports
• Support students with a variety of speech, language, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication needs

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology license
• Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) or eligibility to obtain one
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply if applicable)
• Previous school-based experience is a plus

Compensation for this position ranges from $41.40 to $61.40. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
