\nKey Responsibilities:

- Monitor design and construction progress to ensure adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards. \n
- Implement and oversee quality assurance and control processes throughout all project phases. \n
- Manage technical interfaces between contractors, third parties, and other client projects to mitigate design and construction risks. \n
- Oversee logistics planning and execution during all construction phases, considering operational and maintenance impacts. \n
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and dispute resolution related to inspection deviations. \n
- Serve as technical liaison across all client projects \n
- Identify and resolve interface issues between terminal contracts and other client projects. \n
- Support risk management efforts, schedule integration, and cost control initiatives. \n
- Facilitate schedule alignment across parallel client projects \n
- Lead interface coordination meetings and ensure systems integration across projects. \n
- Track schedule progress, identify risks to milestones, and manage sequencing of work. \n
- Ensure compliance with industry safety and quality requirements. \n
- Support estimating activities in coordination with the ADG team, including reviewing design-builder estimates for compliance and fair market value. \n
- Evaluating change proposals and preparing records of negotiation. \n
Software & Technical Skills:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam. \n
- Familiarity with project management information systems. \n
- Working knowledge of CAD or Revit is a plus. \n
Qualifications:
\n- \n
- 20+ years of experience, preferably on large-scale projects ($250M+). Aviation a plus. \n
- Expertise in various project delivery methods (DBB, CMAR, Design/Build). \n
- Strong leadership and management capabilities. \n
- Excellent communication skills; ability to work with diverse teams. \n
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. \n
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, Aviation, or related field (Masters preferred). \n
- Relevant certifications strongly preferred (e.g., PMP, PE, LEED, AAAE, AICP). \n
