Job Summary:
The Staff Accountant is responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and assisting with month-end close and reconciliations. This role works closely with the Controller to maintain financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.

The Staff Accountant is responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and assisting with month-end close and reconciliations. This role works closely with the Controller to maintain financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Maintain and update general ledger records
- Support financial reporting and analysis
- Assist with audits by providing documentation and schedules
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Basic knowledge of GAAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
