What You'll Do\n
\n As a Racking Associate, you'll play an important role in the production process by preparing parts for coating and ensuring finished products are ready for shipment.\n
\n
\n Responsibilities:\n

  • Load and unload parts onto metal racks for processing
    • \n
  • Package finished products for shipment
    • \n
  • Count and verify inventory for accuracy
    • \n
  • Maintain a safe and organized work area
    • \n
  • Work closely with team members to meet production goals
    • \n
What We're Looking For\n
    \n
  • At least 3 months of warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience
    • \n
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly, with or without reasonable accommodation
    • \n
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
    • \n
  • Dependable, team-oriented, and motivated to learn
    • \n
