Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active state licensure or eligibility in Speech-Language Pathology
  • CFY candidates eagerly considered along with those holding the CCC credential
  • Strong knowledge of school-based SLP practices, including IEP development and implementation
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities
  • Demonstrated experience or coursework in working with pediatric or school-aged populations

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication screenings and evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP requirements
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate case records
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student learning
  • Provide both individual and small-group interventions to address receptive and expressive language needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and team consultation
