Key Qualifications and Experience Sought:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP license (CCC preferred; open to Clinical Fellows with supervision provided)
  • Experience or strong interest in working with diverse age groups, from pediatrics to adults
  • Ability to effectively balance a steady caseload and documentation responsibilities
  • Flexibility to provide coverage in outpatient, home health, or school-based environments as needed
  • Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide direct therapy and diagnostic services for clients of all ages in an outpatient clinic setting located in Williamsville, NY
  • Manage a weekly caseload of approximately 40-45 treatment mandates, with dedicated paperwork time allotted within your schedule
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with peers, families, and other service providers to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Occasionally cover home health or school-based cases, supporting continuity of care across multiple environments
