This position is ideal for an adaptable, proactive educator who enjoys engaging with children at various stages of development and is ready to float between classrooms and grade levels as needs arise throughout the school year.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Deliver hands-on instructional and behavioral support in both whole-class and small-group settings, and provide individualized assistance to students from early elementary to early high school.
  • Serve as a flexible, school-wide resource, shifting seamlessly between lower elementary, middle, and early high school environments in response to shifting priorities across grades K–9.
  • Build positive relationships with students of all ages, cultivating an encouraging, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere in every classroom.
  • Collaborate daily with general education teachers, special education staff, and administrators to help maintain classroom structure and effective instruction.
  • Remain adaptable and supportive wherever you’re needed, ensuring each day brings meaningful impact for students and educators alike.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree, Paraprofessional Certification, or passing Praxis Assessment score is preferred.
  • Proven comfort and enthusiasm for working with students ranging from kindergarten through 9th grade.
  • Exceptional flexibility, positivity, and a calm, energetic presence in a fast-paced school environment.
  • A collaborative approach and strong communication skills.
