Primary responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create tailored treatment plans for students
- Deliver therapy services targeted to individual needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
