Job Description
Step into a rewarding role providing speech-language services in a supportive outpatient clinic setting near Tonawanda, NY. Multiple full-time opportunities are available, offering a dynamic workweek of 37.5 hours. While the primary focus is outpatient care in Williamsville, you’ll occasionally support home health or school-based clients as needed. This contract position features a well-managed caseload of approximately 40–45 treatment mandates per week, with dedicated time set aside for paperwork, ensuring a balanced workload.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evaluations and therapy services to clients of all ages in an outpatient setting.
- Provide intervention in home health or school settings for coverage as needed.
- Manage a consistent caseload; maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
- Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration to develop and adjust treatment plans.
- Supervise and mentor Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates if eligible; comprehensive supervision is available for CFs.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license and SLP-CCC or eligibility to obtain CCC.
- Experience or interest in serving diverse age groups and diagnostic profiles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance caseload and documentation.
- Clinical Fellowship candidates are welcome; supervision is provided onsite.
- Adaptability for occasional travel to various sites.
