What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFs are encouraged to apply)
  • Valid state licensure or ability to obtain
  • Previous school-based experience preferred, but open to enthusiastic new graduates
  • Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to inclusive education
  • Ability to work in-person for the full school year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students with a wide range of speech, language, and communication needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and maintain thorough documentation
  • Provide resources and strategies for teachers and families to facilitate communication development
  • Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for all students
