Qualifications & Experience
- Active SLP State License and current Educator Certification required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working in a school setting or with elementary school students is ideal
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Dedication to fostering student growth and advocacy in speech-language development
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations as needed for a caseload of approximately 50 students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Track and maintain accurate documentation of student progress and attendance
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
- Deliver services onsite, following school hours from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday
