Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Washington and Greene Counties, PA. This onsite role spans the 2026-2027 academic year and is perfect for professionals eager to positively impact student communication across multiple school settings.
You’ll begin with paid training sessions on August 13th, 14th, and 17th at the McMurray campus, preparing for the school start date of August 20th. The full-time schedule is 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM, offering a consistent workweek.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania SLP Educator Certificate
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Demonstrated experience in school-based speech therapy environments
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Open to travel across multiple school locations
- Comfortable commuting between Fredericksburg, McDonald, and Waynesburg, PA
Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and deliver direct speech-language therapy
- Travel between schools: ½ day at Bethlehem-Center Elementary, 2 days at Fort Cherry Elementary, and 2 days in Waynesburg
- Maintain documentation and data collection per district protocol
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in professional training and ongoing staff development
