\n LPN Requirements:\n
\n
    \n
  • LPN License or RN License
    • \n
  • Driver's License
    • \n
  • Valid Insurance
    • \n
  • HS Diploma/GE
    • \n
\n
\n
\n
\n We provide in-home developmental disability services for adults, with duties including, but not limited to, the following assistive areas:\n

  • Starting pay of $26.75/Hr
    • \n
  • $1000 sign on bonus
    • \n
  • $1500 referral bonus
    • \n
  • Paid Training
    • \n
\n
\n
\n LPN / RN Task:\n
\n
    \n
  • Complete routine assessments
    • \n
  • Administer medications and treatments
    • \n
  • Treatment of illnesses and injuries
    • \n
  • Communicate with attending physicians, request and receive orders, and transcribe if required
    • \n
  • Participate in Admission and Discharge planning
    • \n
