\nJob Category: Hourly | Non-Exempt | Full-Time
\nSalary Range: $22-$26.50/hour
\nJob Site: Foundry - Denver office
\nWork Schedule: Mon-Thurs 11am-7:30pm, Fri 8:30am-4:30pm
\nJob Summary:
\nThe Program Coordinator partners with a multidisciplinary team to help manage and support various systems and processes that are instrumental in providing a safe and therapeutic environment. This role supports Leadership by fulfilling various administrative duties and functions and helping implement programmatic changes.
\nEducation and Experience:
\n- \n
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required. \n
- 2+ years proven experience in a program coordinator or administrative assistant position. \n
- Experience and knowledge of the behavioral healthcare industry preferred. \n
- CAT certification preferred. \n
- Knowledge of insurance and billing preferred. \n
- Experience with accounting/financial systems. \n
Required Skills/Abilities:

- Valid, unrestricted Driver's License. \n

Duties/Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Manage and oversee the orientation process of incoming clients. \n
- Answer phones and relay messages to the appropriate department. \n
- Administrative duties as assigned. \n
- Provide consistent and efficient direct operational support to the Clinical Director and team. \n
- Assist with procurement, budgeting, and financial duties. \n
- Support in the collection and handling of lab specimens following established standards and procedures. \n
- Complete DACODS. \n
- Assist with IOP assessments (e.g., Biopsychosocial, Intakes). \n
- Help implement program changes. \n
- Collect and analyze program evaluation and client feedback; compile program evaluation results and metrics. \n
- Coordinate on- and off-site events (e.g., tours, lectures, etc.). \n
- Event and meeting management duties as assigned. \n
- Monitor quality assurance in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures, and applicable laws and regulations, making suggestions for improvement. \n
- Maintain strict confidentiality, HIPAA, and 42CFR Part 2 compliance. \n
- Other duties may be assigned. \n
Physical Requirements:
\n- \n
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. \n
- Standing, sitting, bending, reaching, climbing stairs, typing, speaking, hearing, seeing. \n
- Exposure to a clinical and medical environment. \n
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds. \n
- Driving in all weather conditions. \n
