Company Description
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manufacturing assembly and quality control and a proven ability to maintain production efficiency and adhere to safety standards.
Shift & Schedule:
- 3rd shift, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- (4) openings with shift differential
Compensation Details:
- Pay rate: $20.61 per hour (W2)
- Bill rate: $29.27 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Assemble products according to specifications and work instructions.
- Perform in-process quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.
- Maintain production efficiency and meet daily output targets.
- Operate tools and machinery safely and follow EHS procedures.
- Report equipment, material, or process issues to supervisors promptly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 0–5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency using basic industry tools, equipment, and production software.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience as a Manufacturing Operator.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices.
