Job Description

This fully onsite role is ideal for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist specialized in working with school-aged children, ready to collaborate closely with students, families, and educational staff.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active California Speech-Language Pathology license
- Valid Clinical or Rehabilitative Services Credential authorizing services in Language, Speech, & Hearing, or California credential as a Language/Speech and Hearing Specialist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- School-based SLP experience highly preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to working fully onsite (no remote/VOCO/hybrid options available)
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and compliance with state and federal regulations
- Offer consultation to teachers and parents, providing strategies to support students’ communication development
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute professional insights
- Service a caseload in accordance with district guidelines and best practices
