Job Description
Minimum 1+ years Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist experience and ARRT certification required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Current RN license, in good standing
- Prior experience in interventional radiology, both in nursing and imaging support
- Detailed knowledge of sterile technique and radiologic imaging equipment
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Familiarity with vascular access, patient monitoring, and post-procedural care
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care before, during, and after interventional radiology procedures
- Assist in the preparation and operation of imaging equipment
- Collaborate with physicians and technologists to ensure optimal imaging and procedural outcomes
- Monitor patient status, recognize changes in condition, and intervene as necessary
- Educate patients and families regarding procedures, expectations, and post-procedural care
- Maintain strict adherence to safety, infection control, and sterile field protocols
- Accurately document all procedures, assessments, and patient responses
