Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong CFs considered
- Experience in a school setting is highly valued
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnosis of speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide guidance and resources to staff and families for supporting students beyond therapy sessions
