Qualifications:
- Active SLP license with CCC
- Previous school-based experience required
- Familiarity with middle and high school therapy caseloads
- Experience in urban educational settings highly valued
- Willingness to complete all required Pennsylvania clearances
- Reliable transportation to ensure punctual onsite presence
- Comfortable committing to a set onsite work schedule (7:15AM–4PM, no exceptions)
- Flexibility to adapt and thrive in a new district and urban location
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language services onsite for middle and high school students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Conduct assessments, maintain documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
