Occupational Therapist School Setting - Wentzville, MO

Skills & Experience:

• Valid OT license in Missouri (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience delivering occupational therapy in school settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with staff, students, and families
• Expertise in IEP processes, documentation, and data-driven intervention planning
• Adaptability to changing needs and environments
• Ability to motivate, encourage, and empower students of varying abilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students based on individualized goals
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to inform interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents on student support plans
• Maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with regulatory standards
• Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and professional development as needed
